It is a house with its own story, surrounded by a landscape that follows a slower rhythm.
A place for peace, shared moments and slower days close to nature.
Inspired by the careful renovation of the nearby Roubenka U Babi, the idea emerged to give new life to another unique house with its own story.
Removing the original plaster revealed the natural stone walls that now define Kamenka’s character. The goal was not to completely redesign the house, but to build on what it has always been - a simple rural dwelling that blends naturally into the landscape and functions in harmony with it. The original features were left exposed, and new elements were added in such a way that they do not disrupt the space but rather serve it.
The main objective of the project is to improve the facilities of the stone guesthouse, expand storage capacity and enhance the operational background for its day-to-day management. The project also includes the renovation of the deteriorated fencing surrounding the property.
These improvements will contribute to more efficient operation of the guesthouse, better organization of daily activities and an overall enhancement of the environment for both guests and property management.
